Metals

We make our jewellery with 18 karat gold. This means that the gold consists of 75% pure gold and 25% of other alloys. Our gold is durable for daily wear and safe from any allergies.

 

Other materials that we use include Platinum (PT900).

 

Gemstones

We use only natural diamonds of VS quality and above in all of our jewellery. For our coloured gemstones, we use only natural stones and provide disclosure of its treatment (if any).

Shipping

We provide local (Singapore) and International express shipping via Fedex, free of charge.

 

For local addresses, please allow 3-7 business days, while International locations 7-14 business days. Tracking number is provided once the jewelry has been mailed out.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any returns once the item has been bought. Rest assured that our items are all one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry that are thoroughly checked before mailing.

We provide a one time resizing service free of charge upon check out in our online shop. Do indicate your preferred ring/bangle size.
